Shipping Methods

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. Standard shipping is FREE. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders within the U.S.

All standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or postal holiday, please allow up to 2 business days for the order to be processed.

Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3-6 business days from the date of shipment, not including Alaska and Hawaii.

If you require your order sooner, you might want to consider one of the below Expedited Shipping options.

Your package will be shipped via DHL/ Smartpost, Fedex or United States Postal Service. Final delivery on select DHL/ Smartpost shipments may be made by the United States Postal Service. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier's website to track your package.

Expedited Shipping Options

All expedited orders placed before 12 p.m. CT on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 12 p.m. CT will ship the following business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or postal holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Orders sent to P.O. boxes must be shipped via USPS and do not qualify for expedited shipping options.

If weather-related issues cause a delay in your package delivery, Good Science Beauty cannot refund your shipping charges.

2 Day Shipping - $9.95

This option guarantees your shipment in 2 business days. Your package will arrive before 9 p.m. on the day of delivery.

Next Day Shipping - $19.95

Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 12 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. If received after 12 p.m. CT or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received by 9 p.m. on the business day after that.

In observance of federal holidays, our customer service center is closed on the following days:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve.
